For example, I (mentally) had one hand growing above my head and one shoulder growing from the middle of my back. He just had to ‘drive’, knowing that the unpleasant experience would eventually pass. On a positive note, self-reflection during the trip has allowed me to make some impactful changes in my personal life (including practicing microdosing just a certain type of fungus before taking larger doses).

Another time, I listened to a smaller dose of music (Pink Floyd to be exact) and traveled far! I’m so hooked on music! It was so intense and fun! I don’t think this challenge is for everyone, especially if you have expectations. I felt like this mushroom was testing me before I entered the magical world! I had a few visuals (very different from Golden Treacher, for example), but I specifically “feeled” everything that lived and/or moved around me.
